Mila & Mocha Opening a New Cafe and Custom Bakery in Venice
A local home bakery is going brick and mortar and expanding their offerings.
Venice, Florida, will soon welcome a new cozy gathering spot for breakfast, lunch, and sweet treats with the upcoming opening of Mila & Mocha. The cafe and lunch bar will be at 2357 S Tamiami Trail, Unit 1 & 2, Venice, FL 34293. This is a mother-daughter venture, founded by Agata Glosna Niedbala and her mother, Joanna Glosna Fil, who share a love of homemade cooking.
Mila & Mocha is aiming for a September opening, with daily hours starting between 7 and 8 a.m. and running until 2 or 3 p.m., making it a perfect destination for early risers and lunch-goers alike. The menu at Mila & Mocha will focus on fresh, homemade food, featuring a selection of sandwiches, ciabattas, and salads—perfect for a light and satisfying midday meal.
The café will also serve a full range of coffee and espresso drinks, complemented by a rotating menu of house made desserts and sweets that reflect Agata’s roots as a home baker.

Inside, Mila & Mocha will offer seating for about 24 guests, with additional patio seating available, providing a charming atmosphere for enjoying a quiet morning or catching up with friends. The focus on fresh ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and a personal touch sets the tone for the space.
Agata began her culinary journey as a home baker, building a following through her creations shared on Instagram and Facebook.
With this new brick-and-mortar venture, she aims to create a community-centered café that embodies the care and creativity she has always brought to her kitchen.
“Everything we serve will be homemade,” she shared. “We want it to taste just like something you’d make at home—because that’s where it started.” Mila, Agata’s daughter, also inspired the name for the business.
