Miam Breakfast House Will Open Soon in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, NC — Miam Breakfast House, the breakfast-focused concept from co-owner George Llanaj, is preparing to open its third location at 2415 Lawndale Dr A, Greensboro, NC 27408 in early December, Llanaj told Business Debut.

The brand's original location is in Winston-Salem location and its second is in High Point. In addition to Greensboro, the brand is opening a fourth Miam Breakfast House in Lexington, North Carolina, in early 2026.

What to Expect

The brand is known for serving breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes, with a combination of sweet and savory options. The Greensboro location will seat up to 160 guests inside and will include a patio to be rolled out following the opening.

Opening Timeline

Llanaj said the Greensboro restaurant is targeting an early December opening. The exact opening date will depend on the final health department walk-through and completing additional staff training, he told Business Debut.

The Lexington location is currently under development with its address and specific opening date to be announced, targeting early 2026.

Llanaj said the Greensboro Miam Breakfast House will operate from 7 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
