Mexico Lindo Expanding to Sandy Springs with Second Location
Vibrant Mexican dishes and a spacious dining area are coming to Sandy Springs as Mexico Lindo opens its new location in two weeks.
Mexico Lindo is bringing its vibrant Mexican cuisine to Sandy Springs with a new location set to open in about two weeks, co-owner Oscar Lopez shared with Business Debut. The restaurant is taking over the former Tijuana Joe’s space at 7870 Roswell Rd, Sandy Springs, GA 30350 and remodeling it to reflect the Mexico Lindo brand. This will be the second location for the popular eatery, joining its existing restaurant in Mableton.

The Sandy Springs location will offer a large dining area with nearly 6,000 square feet of space and seating for at least 250 guests. Once the Sandy Springs restaurant is up and running, Lopez plans to renovate the Mableton location to include a rooftop area, adding another layer to the brand’s appeal.
