Mandola’s Italian Kitchen Opening in Maitland on October 21st
Mandola’s Italian Kitchen brings its authentic, made-from-scratch Italian dishes to Maitland, expanding its growing presence in Florida.
Mandola’s Italian Kitchen is set to open its newest location at 601 Maitland Blvd, Maitland, FL 32751 on October 21st, Director of Operations Dan Rainville shared with Business Debut.
This will be the 10th location for the brand, which was founded by Damian and Trina Mandola in 2006. Damian, a co-founder of Carrabba’s, brings his experience in crafting Italian cuisine to Mandola’s, offering authentic, made-from-scratch dishes in a polished casual setting.

Known for its festive Italian atmosphere, Mandola’s features a menu filled with fresh dough, homemade sauces, cheeses and more. The restaurant will be open seven days a week from 11 am - 9 pm, with a strong focus on lunch and dinner.
This new Maitland location is part of the brand’s growing presence, which includes six locations in Florida and four in Austin, TX. The company plans to continue expanding throughout Florida, Texas and the rest of the U.S., with additional locations planned for Orlando and Jacksonville.
