BROOKLET, GA — Little Nicky’s Pizzeria & Ice Cream, owned by Nick Newkirk, is set to open at 17705 US-80, Brooklet, GA 30415, targeting an early November debut.
What to Expect
The restaurant will bring a full-service, family-friendly dining experience to Brooklet, with dine-in seating, TVs for sports, and options for carryout and delivery. “There’s not many places in Brooklet where the family can just go sit, watch some TV, and have a good time,” Newkirk told Business Debut. “I grew up back in the old Pizza Hut days, and I’m just trying to bring some of that back.”
Menu and Vision
The menu will be simple and classic, focused on pizza, wings, beer, and a few family favorites like chicken fingers and fries. “It’s not going to be a three- or four-page menu,” Newkirk said. “Just good, simple food — pizza, wings, salads, and appetizers.” Beer and wine will be available at launch, with the possibility of liquor being added after the new year.
Opening Timeline
Little Nicky’s is targeting the first Saturday in November for its opening, pending final approvals from the health department.

The restaurant plans to be open from 10:30 a.m. – 10 p.m.
