Lily Sushi Bar Joining The Medley in Johns Creek

JOHNS CREEK, GA — Lily Sushi Bar is set to open October 29 at 3135 Medley Blvd, Johns Creek, GA 30097, bringing its established sushi concept to the ground floor of the new Medley development. Owner Lily Susana confirmed the opening date in an interview with Business Debut.

The Johns Creek restaurant will mark the brand’s third location and will offer approximately 50 seats, with additional covered patio seating planned.

What to Expect

Guests can expect a full-service sushi restaurant with indoor dining and a covered patio space.

The Johns Creek menu will mirror the offerings at the brand’s existing locations, with a wide selection of sushi rolls, sashimi and nigiri. The restaurant will also serve alcohol.

Menu and Vision

Lily Sushi Bar’s all-day menu features a range of traditional and specialty rolls, along with hibachi entrées, teriyaki dishes and bento boxes. Guests can also find appetizers such as gyoza and edamame, as well as specialty rolls that combine premium seafood with house sauces.

In addition to sushi and kitchen entrées, the beverage program will include beer, wine and sake selections.

Opening Timeline

The team is targeting an October 29 opening in coordination with The Medley’s broader grand opening timeframe.

Hours

The restaurant plans to operate Monday through Sunday. Specific daily hours are to be announced.
