Latin-Inspired Pizza Spot Opening October 31 in Asheville
La Pizza Party will bring Latin-inspired pizzas, burgers, and nightlife events to Asheville.
ASHEVILLE, NC — A new restaurant and nightlife concept is coming to 39 Banks Ave, Asheville, NC 28801. La Pizza Party, led by owner Federico Marquez alongside partners Cristian Marquez, Aaron Marquez, and Alberto Garcia, will hold its grand opening on Friday, October 31.
What to Expect
La Pizza Party blends Latin flair with classic American favorites, serving pizza, burgers, and wings with a Mexican twist. “We wanted to create a place for good food and good times,” Marquez told Business Debut. “We were looking for somewhere to do some Latin dancing, but when we found this space with a great kitchen, we knew we had to bring food into it too.”
The restaurant occupies a two-level space with a full bar, window seating overlooking the street, and a rooftop area with mountain views. The second floor includes a lounge area that will eventually serve as a VIP space for weekend events. During the week, it will operate as a family-friendly restaurant, while transforming into a dance venue on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
Menu and Vision
Guests can expect familiar favorites like pizza, burgers, and wings. Marquez shared that they will also have fusion specials like birria pizza, taco pizza and many others. “We’ll have your pepperoni and supreme, but we’re also mixing in the flavors we grew up with,” Marquez said.
A Family of Restaurateurs
La Pizza Party continues a long line of family-owned restaurants from the Marquez family, known for concepts such as Ay Caramba, Ándale Way Mexican Grill, Saludo Mexican Grill, El Chapala, Wabo Mexican Grill, and Taco Fiesta Mexican Kitchen. The new concept expands their portfolio into pizza.
Opening Timeline
The grand opening is scheduled for Friday, October 31, following a soft opening period earlier in the week.
Hours
Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. The kitchen will serve the full menu until 9 p.m., followed by late-night pizza service during weekend parties.
