CAPE CORAL, FL - Sazon To Go is targeting a March 12 opening at 290 Nicholas Pkwy NW Unit 5, Cape Coral, FL 33991, owner Naylin Zamora told Business Debut. The fast-casual concept will focus on Latin-inspired, health-conscious bowls designed for quick pickup and delivery.

What to Expect

Sazon To Go is built around a customizable bowl format. Guests can choose a base, select one protein, and add toppings and sides in a streamlined, fast-casual setting.

The restaurant will offer limited seating, with six seats inside and about eight outside, as the primary focus is takeout and delivery. Zamora described the concept as “Latin and healthy food,” told Business Debut.

Each day, Sazon To Go will feature six proteins, including grilled chicken, mahi mahi, salmon, steak, lamb and meatballs. Guests can pair their protein with toppings and sides such as plantains, hash browns and tomatoes.

Zamora said the goal is to provide a quick, balanced meal option for the community.

Before opening her first restaurant, Zamora operated Lee County Catering for about two years, providing prepared meals to individuals through medical insurance programs. Sazon To Go marks her first brick-and-mortar location.
