La Bonita Taqueria Bringing Mexican Street Food to Webster
The new food truck will serve tacos, gorditas, flautas, and homemade salsas.
WEBSTER, FL — La Bonita Taqueria, a new food truck from Christian Rivera and his sister Viridiana Garcia, is targeting a June 1st opening serving Sumter County and surrounding areas. Rivera told Business Debut the truck is expected to be based in the Webster area while the team continues looking for a permanent parking location.
What to Expect
La Bonita Taqueria will serve a Mexican food truck menu with tacos, quesadillas, burritos, tortas, flautas, gorditas, tostadas, rice, beans and hot salsas, Rivera told Business Debut.
Protein options are expected to include asada, al pastor, shredded meat and carnitas, according to Rivera.
Menu and Vision
Rivera said his favorite items on the menu are the steak tacos and tortas. Garcia told Business Debut the food will be made fresh from scratch.
Rivera previously helped with another food truck, while Garcia has experience working with a Mexican restaurant and another food truck, Garcia told Business Debut.
“We will love to serve the community the best way we can with the best taste in town,” Garcia told Business Debut. “Everything will be made with love.”

Hours
La Bonita Taqueria is planning to operate Monday through Saturday, Garcia told Business Debut. Weekday hours are expected to be around 11 a.m. to 6 or 7 p.m., with Saturday hours starting around 11 a.m. and potentially running later, targeting around 9 or 10 p.m.
