KPot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot Opening in North Miami Beach
KPot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot will offer interactive, all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue and hot pot in North Miami Beach.
NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL — KPot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is preparing to open at 13699 Biscayne Blvd, North Miami Beach, FL 33181 with franchisee Benny Cheng targeting an opening between late December and January, depending on final inspections, he told Business Debut.
What to Expect
The restaurant will offer KPot’s signature all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue and Asian hot pot, an interactive experience with guests cooking meats and ingredients at the table and customizing sauces from a full sauce bar. This location will feature 38 tables and an estimated seating capacity of around 130. A full bar, signature cocktails, soju, boba tea, mocktails, and soda creations will also be available.
The North Miami Beach location will operate with gas grills at every table, a feature newer KPot locations share. Cheng noted that Florida’s seafood availability may allow for some seasonal or limited-time menu items not found elsewhere, though the core menu remains standardized.
Menu and Vision
KPot blends two Asian dining styles—Korean barbecue and hot pot—into a single all-you-can-eat format with no limitations on ordering. Guests may choose Korean barbecue, hot pot, or both.

Cheng highlighted his favorite Korean barbecue item: KPot short ribs (galbi), made with the brand’s special house marinade, which he said “beats anyone else’s.”
For hot pot, Cheng emphasized the importance of the broth. His go-to is the Sichuan spicy broth, describing it as aromatic, sweet, savory, and the spiciest option on the menu. He also noted strong popularity for the Thai Tom Yum broth. Common add-ins include sliced brisket, sliced ribeye, ramen noodles, seafood, sliced lamb, beef tongue, and tripe.
KPot’s North Miami Beach pricing will match other South Florida locations. Lunch will be $22.99 for Korean barbecue or hot pot, with an additional $5 to access both.
Dinner will be $33.99, also with a $5 add-on for both. Dinner includes access to KPot’s premium menu. The full offering includes roughly 85 menu items.
Opening Timeline
Cheng is targeting late December, though inspections and holiday-season factors may push the opening into January.
