Kick Off Wings Opening Soon in Carrollton

CARROLLTON, GA – Kick Off Wings is set to open soon at 614 Bankhead Hwy, Carrollton, GA 30117, bringing a bold mix of wings, Philly cheesesteaks, burgers, seafood, and boba tea to the Carrollton community. Owner Mingcong Liao, who spoke with Business Debut, confirmed the restaurant is targeting an opening by the end of September. We came across the news first in The City Menus.

A Fast-Casual Concept with Variety

The restaurant will occupy a 1,400-square-foot former Pizza Hut space with seating for 12–16 tables indoors. It will be a fast-casual restaurant offering a wide menu that goes beyond wings.

Diners can expect more than 10 wing flavors, Philly cheesesteaks, burgers, salads, and a full selection of seafood boils. The addition of boba drinks rounds out the menu with a refreshing option.

“My personal favorites are the Philly cheesesteak and wings,” Liao shared. “And the boba drinks have always been really popular at our other locations.”

Experienced Owners and Local Team

Liao is not new to the restaurant business. He also owns Hibachi Express, with locations in Smyrna and Stone Mountain, GA. His experience in managing multiple restaurants is expected to bring efficiency and quality to this new venture in Carrollton.

General Manager Steven Lin will lead the day-to-day operations at the Carrollton location.

Opening Hours

The opening hours will be:

• Tuesday–Thursday: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
• Friday–Saturday: 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
• Sunday: 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
• Closed on Mondays

For added convenience, Kick Off Wings will also be delivered by DoorDash and Uber Eats.
