Kaara Indian Restaurant Opening This Week in Apex

Kaara Indian Restaurant is set to open this week at 2700 Stokesdale Avenue Suite 120, Apex, NC 27523. Ownership told Business Debut the restaurant is targeting an opening between Monday and Wednesday.

What to Expect

Kaara Indian Restaurant will offer full-service fine dining focused on modern Indian cuisine. The space features two main dining halls, a private dining room, and an outdoor patio.

Seating will accommodate about 60 guests in one dining hall, 64 in the other, and 48 on the patio. Guests can expect an elevated dining atmosphere with refined décor and full table service, including a full bar.

Menu and Vision

“Our chef has more than 40 years of experience and leads a team with over 100 years combined,” co-owner Bala Mummidi told Business Debut.

The menu will showcase both North and South Indian specialties alongside about 15 chef-created signature dishes that have been in development for several months.

The team aims to set “a new standard for Indian fine dining” in the region while maintaining authentic roots and offering innovative takes on traditional recipes. Signature cocktails will also be part of the bar program.

Kaara Indian Restaurant is targeting an opening early this week, between Monday and Wednesday.

Hours

Lunch service will run from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
