Juicy Jaye Bringing Comfort Food to Metro Atlanta This Fall
Chef Jacqueline Goggins is launching her new food truck around Thanksgiving, serving up fresh, affordable comfort classics.
ATLANTA, GA — Juicy Jaye, a new food truck created by chef and entrepreneur Jacqueline Goggins, is preparing to roll out across metro Atlanta around Thanksgiving, with a target launch by early December. Goggins told Business Debut the concept focuses on serving homemade, affordable comfort food made with care.
What to Expect
Juicy Jaye will travel through several metro communities including Conyers, Covington, McDonough, and Stockbridge. Goggins said her goal is to bring fresh, flavorful meals to neighborhoods that often do not see food trucks on a regular basis.
“People deserve good, homemade food that doesn’t break the bank,” she told Business Debut. “Juicy Jaye is about giving people something fresh and made with love, not another fast-food option.”
The menu will feature burgers, hot dogs, wings, and tacos, offering a small but well-rounded variety of favorites. Burgers will be the highlight of the lineup. “A warm, juicy burger you just can’t beat,” Goggins said. “You can make burgers all kinds of ways, and they never disappoint.”

Menu and Vision
Goggins attended culinary school in 2011 and has spent more than a decade cooking in both commercial kitchens and at sea. Her experience includes positions with Norwegian Cruise Line in Hawaii, MSC aboard Navy vessels, and as chief cook for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
After years of cooking on ships, she decided it was time to bring her skills back home. “I’m going from water to land,” she said. “This is about serving people the way they want to be served and bringing something new to the community that feels good.”
Community Focus
Juicy Jaye aims to create a consistent neighborhood presence in areas with limited dining choices. Goggins plans to post weekly location updates so customers can find the truck easily and place preorders by phone.
“Once people know where we’ll be, they’ll be able to come straight to us,” she said. “It’s about being consistent and connected with the community.”
Goggins credited her brother-in-law, Reggie Walker, for helping her handle business paperwork and LLC registration. “He really made sure everything was done right,” she said. “When you start a business, a lot of people try to send you fake bills or paperwork. He helped me navigate all of that.”
Hours
Juicy Jaye will operate Tuesday through Saturday, typically from 11 a.m. to 9 or 10 p.m., with hours varying by location or event. The food truck will close on Sundays and Mondays.
