Juici Patties Preparing to Open in Palm Bay
A new location for the popular Jamaican franchise will debut soon.
PALM BAY, FL — Juici Patties, owned by franchisee Analisa Duncan, is targeting a mid-December opening at 1153 Malabar Rd, Palm Bay, FL 32907, she told Business Debut. The 1,400-square-foot shop will bring the Jamaica-born brand’s patties, coco bread, and juices to a centrally located site with ample parking.
What to Expect
The menu will feature beef, chicken, shrimp, vegetable, and vegan patties with spice levels ranging from regular to mild and spicy. Coco bread and a selection of juices will round out the offerings. “Juici Patties originated in Jamaica and it’s authentic,” Duncan told Business Debut.
Menu and Vision
Duncan, who owns assisted living facilities and is entering restaurants for the first time, plans a primarily baked operation rather than frying. Staffing is expected to range from 6 to 14 employees. “We’ll offer different patties and spice levels so guests can get exactly what they like,” she told Business Debut.
Opening Timeline
Interior work is underway with equipment and setup progressing. The team is targeting mid December; a specific opening date is to be announced, Duncan told Business Debut.
Hours
Standard franchise hours are typically seven days a week, roughly 9 a.m. — 7 p.m., but Palm Bay’s schedule is to be announced.
