Jiang’s Kitchen Bringing Handmade Dumplings to Downtown Orlando
The restaurant will feature handmade dumplings crafted in view of guests, plus authentic Chinese dishes, Shanghai specialties, sushi, and a full bar.

ORLANDO, FL – A brand-new restaurant is set to open in downtown Orlando, offering authentic Chinese cuisine and handmade dumplings. Eric Jiang shared with Business Debut that Jiang's Kitchen is slated to open at 27 East Robinson Street, Orlando, FL 32801, in January 2026.
The restaurant will feature a new concept of fresh, handmade dumplings made in an open display in front of guests, allowing them to see how the dumplings are made from scratch. Jiang's Kitchen will feature 86 interior tables, a full-service dining room, and a bar.
Authentic Chinese Dining Experience
The menu will feature their signature soup dumplings, as well as beef, shrimp, pork, and crab dumplings. Alongside accomplished shrimp, pork, and beef dumplings, Jiang’s Kitchen will also offer authentic and traditional Chinese dishes.
A selection of Shanghai cuisine and sushi will also be available. “Most Chinese dishes right now are more like American style, but we're more focused on authentic Chinese dishes,” Jiang said.
Family-Driven Vision
The ownership group brings extensive experience to the project, with nine other restaurants along the East Coast, including Komisuba, a sushi restaurant brand with six locations in New York, and Sushi Izuki Omakase. Jiang noted that this Orlando opening will mark their tenth restaurant overall.
Jiang’s wife, Miaozhen, played a significant role in menu creation and concept development for Jiang’s Kitchen. Their shared vision is to bring authentic Chinese culinary heritage while incorporating contemporary features, such as sushi and a cocktail bar.
Opening Hours
Operating hours will be from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m., seven days a week.
