Jade’s East Coast Coffee Co Launching Mobile Beverage Trailer
Expect specialty coffee, dirty sodas, teas, lemonades, and espresso drinks at local events.
OKEECHOBEE, FL — Jade’s East Coast Coffee Co, a new beverage trailer from Kamryn Young, will service St. Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee counties. Young told Business Debut her first scheduled events are Cowtown Classic on Friday the 29th and Cowboy Challenge on Saturday at the same arena in Okeechobee.
What to Expect
Guests can expect coffee, juice, tea, lemonade and dirty sodas from the trailer, with a focus on specialty coffee drinks and loaded sodas. Young told Business Debut she has an espresso machine and will serve specialty espresso drinks, lattes and iced coffees.
A dirty soda, Young explained, is “a soda with things like creams, fruits, candies” and other add-ins.
The trailer itself started as a 1980 bumper pull horse trailer. Young told Business Debut her grandfather and fiancé helped complete the buildout, including the water tank, heater, electric, counters, tables and sink.
“It’s all handmade by my family,” Young told Business Debut.

Menu and Vision
Young said her favorite drink is the Golden Trail Espresso, a whipped honey latte made with two double shots of espresso and honey. The Sandy Caramel Breeze, a salted caramel shake with espresso, has also been popular during testing with family and friends, Young told Business Debut.
The dirty soda lineup includes Caramel Carnival, made with cream soda, caramel and vanilla sweet cream, and Strawberry Fields Forever, made with Sprite, strawberry syrup and vanilla sweet cream.
Other menu items will include fresh lemonade, raspberry lemonade with fresh raspberries, teas, juice and strawberry sweet tea with fresh strawberries.
The name Jade’s East Coast Coffee Co honors Young’s late sister, Kimber Jade, who died when she was 12, as well as Young’s daughter, Emery Jade.
“The name is intended for both of them,” Young told Business Debut.
Young said her sister’s favorite color was purple, which helped inspire the pink and lavender trailer design.
Opening Timeline
Jade’s East Coast Coffee Co is technically open, with its first scheduled events set for Cowtown Classic and Cowboy Challenge in Okeechobee, Young told Business Debut.
Young said she plans to appear at local markets, including the Wednesday market in Vero Beach, markets in Fort Pierce and local rodeos in Okeechobee. She said she will post a weekly schedule on social media.
