Jacksonville Beach Caterer and Pop-Up Going Brick and Mortar
Low country boils made with Mayport shrimp headline the menu, alongside catering and customizable seafood additions.
JACKSONVILLE BEACH, FL — Jax’s Beach Boil Company is preparing to open a storefront at 1131 3rd Street North, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.
Owner Doran Graham told Business Debut the concept is targeting an opening just after the new year, pending final inspections and approvals.
What to Expect
Jax’s Beach Boil Company operates as a low country boil caterer. For catering events, the team comes on site, sets up burners, pots, tables, utensils, and linens, and cooks the boil fresh for guests in about 30 to 45 minutes. Graham said the goal is to allow hosts and guests to focus on enjoying their event while the food is prepared and served on location.
The Jacksonville Beach storefront will function as a prep kitchen and pickup location for to-go boil pots. Customers can order pots sized for smaller groups, take them home, and finish cooking them on their own stovetop in roughly 30 to 35 minutes using the provided instructions, seasoning, butter, and cocktail sauce.

Menu and Vision
The core of the menu is a traditional low country boil made with red potatoes, corn, sausage, onion, and shrimp. Graham told Business Debut the company uses local Mayport shrimp, citing proximity to the docks as a key reason for sourcing locally.
Customers can customize their boils by adding items such as crab legs, lobster tails, mussels, clams, oysters, scallops, and other shellfish. Additional sides and options include mac and cheese, pulled pork, pulled chicken, coleslaw, potato salad, and cornbread muffins, offering alternatives for non-seafood eaters and children.
One standout component is the andouille sausage used in the boil. Graham said it is special-ordered from a company in Metairie, Louisiana, and brings a level of flavor and spice that enhances the entire pot.
“It really flavors the whole entire boil and adds such a good element,” he told Business Debut.
Ownership and Background
Graham said the concept originated with his brother, who started the business in North Carolina and now operates locations in Carolina Beach and Oak Island. Graham spent years helping during busy summer seasons before deciding to bring the concept to Northeast Florida.
He also credited his wife, Reba Graham, as a key part of the operation. Graham told Business Debut she managed the household and supported the business through long buildout nights, calling her “the glue for the operation.”
Opening Timeline
The team is targeting an opening shortly after the new year.
Hours
Planned operating hours are targeting 11 a.m. — 8 p.m., with adjustments possible as the business opens.
