Jack’s Shack Opening New Dessert Shop and Food Truck in Greater Tampa
Jack’s Shack will bring its popular rolled ice cream and shaved ice to Brandon, with a new shop opening in January and a food truck launching soon.
Jack’s Shack, the dessert shop that first opened in Sun City Center in 2020, is gearing up for big changes with a new location in Brandon and an upcoming food truck, owner Parth Patel shared with Business Debut.
The food truck, expected to launch by the end of the month, will offer rolled ice cream and shaved ice, allowing the business to expand its catering and event services.

The new brick-and-mortar location at 823 E Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511, is slated for a January opening, bringing even more sweet treats to the area. Expect the brand's offerings of rolled ice cream, hand dipped ice cream, Hawaiian shaved ice and more.
