Italian-American Restaurant Expanding to Hallandale Beach

HALLANDALE BEACH, FL - Patrizia’s Waterfront is preparing to open at 1975 South Ocean Drive, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, marking the brand’s 18th location and its continued expansion from its New York roots. Owner Emerson Insfran told Business Debut the restaurant will bring the group’s Italian-American offerings to the Hemispheres Condominium community and surrounding area.

The concept originated in New York and has since grown to multiple locations across several states.

What to Expect

Patrizia’s Waterfront will offer a full-service dining experience with indoor seating in a waterfront setting. Guests can expect lunch, dinner and weekend brunch service, along with a lineup of recurring specials including Happy Hour, Martini Mondays and 50% off wine on Wednesdays.

Brunch will be served on Saturdays and Sundays beginning at 11:30 a.m.

Insfran thanked the Hemispheres Condominium Association board and residents for their support in bringing the restaurant to the property. “We can’t wait to open our doors and welcome everyone,” he told Business Debut.

Menu and Vision

The menu will reflect Patrizia’s established Italian-American offerings, including housemade pastas and signature dishes served family-style. Executive Chef Sammy Reyes will lead the kitchen at the Hallandale Beach location.

Guests can also expect specialty presentations such as dishes prepared in a parmesan wheel, along with a full bar program to complement the food menu.

The vision, Insfran said, is to provide the same experience that has defined the brand since its founding in New York while introducing it to the Hallandale Beach community.

Opening Timeline

An official opening date has not yet been announced. The team is currently finalizing preparations and will share updates as they become available.

Hours

For now, hours of operation will be:

• Tuesday through Thursday, 4 p.m. - 10 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday, 11:30 a.m. - 11 p.m.
• Sunday, 11:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.

The restaurant will be closed on Mondays during its initial opening period, with plans to transition to seven-day service at a later date .
