Desi Chowrastha Indian Cuisine is targeting a first-week-of-April opening for its first Florida location.
ST. JOHNS, FL — Desi Chowrastha Indian Cuisine is preparing to open at 4590 Race Track Rd Ste 201-202, St Johns, FL 32259. Franchisee Revanth Boddula told Business Debut the team is targeting an opening in the first week of April, with the goal of opening as early as the last week of March.
What to Expect
Desi Chowrastha is a fast-casual, counter-service concept serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Boddula told Business Debut the St. Johns restaurant will be the brand’s first Florida location.
Boddula shared that he is also exploring sites in Orlando and Tampa and plans to expand to the cities before the end of the year.

The concept is built around Indian street food, with a menu known for biryanis, chai and more. The brand operates multiple locations nationwide.
Opening Timeline
