WASHINGTON, NC — Bridge Street Wing & Burger is preparing to open at 206 Bridge St, Washington, NC 27889, with owner Austin Bass targeting a mid-January debut.

What to Expect

Bridge Street Wing & Burger is set up as a quick-service restaurant with counter ordering and an early emphasis on takeout. Bass said the team expects to be “to-go heavy” as it gets up and running.

The space currently includes 24 indoor seats, and the team plans to add patio seating out front once the weather warms up in the spring. Bass said the patio would add about 50% more seating capacity.

As the name suggests, wings and burgers will anchor the menu, along with a few shareable items, sandwiches, and sides. Bass said guests can also expect sides with an Eastern North Carolina influence, including items like collard greens and mac and cheese alongside fries, tots, and onion rings.

The restaurant is planning to serve Sup Crush vodka and to utilize the popular “Sup Crushes” cocktail recipes from Sub Dogs bar. The cocktails are known for being made with freshly squeezed fruit and Sup Crush vodka.
