Hutch Cafe Bringing Creative Breakfast and Lunch to Daytona Beach

Hutch Cafe, a new breakfast and lunch spot, is preparing for a soft opening during the first week of January, owner Corey Hutchison shared with Business Debut. Located at 145 Orange Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32114, the cafe promises a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere paired with classic dishes featuring Hutchison’s unique twists.

The menu will introduce inventive options like the Pineapple Cheesecake Burger—a burger topped with a piece of pineapple cheesecake—and reimagined staples such as omelets and grilled cheese sandwiches. Quick service is the focus, with seating for about 60 guests, including a lounge area with couches and arcade-style games. Outdoor seating is also planned for the future.
