Hungry Greek to Launch New Parrish Restaurant Soon
The fresh and healthy Mediterranean brand continues to expand.
PARRISH, FL — Hungry Greek is preparing to open a new franchised location in mid-January at 8980 US-301 #118, Parrish, FL 34219. Franchisee Ray Georgy told Business Debut it will be his third Hungry Greek restaurant, as he operates locations in Sun City Center and Apollo Beach.
What to Expect
The Parrish Hungry Greek will offer the same fast-casual, Greek-focused experience guests know from the brand’s other Florida locations. The roughly 1,600-square-foot space will feature both indoor and outdoor seating.
Georgy said the restaurant is currently under construction and has already passed its first round of inspections, with equipment installation underway as the build-out nears completion.
Menu and Vision
The Parrish unit will follow the Hungry Greek menu of bowls, pita wraps, salads, and fresh, Mediterranean ingredients. Full plates with proteins, rice, pita bread and salads are available as well. The business' tag line is "Fresh. Healthy. Greek."

Opening Timeline
Georgy said the team is targeting a mid-January opening. “We already passed the first phase of inspections and the store is almost complete,” he told Business Debut.
This Parrish restaurant is part of broader growth for Hungry Greek on Florida’s west coast, and Georgy said he is already in discussions for a potential fourth location farther south. He noted the brand also has plans in the works to expand east toward Orlando.
