Hummus Republic Opening First Loganville Location

LOGANVILLE, GA – Hummus Republic is planning a soft opening June 17 at 4743 Atlanta Hwy Suite 120, Loganville, GA 30052, franchisee Sushmitha Konduru told Business Debut in a phone interview.

The fast-casual Mediterranean concept will open for regular customer service starting June 20, Konduru said.

What to Expect

The Loganville restaurant is the first Hummus Republic location for Konduru.

Staff will train during the soft opening period June 17 — June 19 while serving guests, Konduru told Business Debut. She said the team aims to have operations fully in place by the time regular service begins June 20.

Hummus Republic is a Mediterranean fast-casual brand. They specialize in healthy Mediterranean dishes like their Gyro Garden Bowl, Fire Shawarma Bowl, and their Falafel Fusion Bowl.

Additionally, they offer chicken sandwiches, burgers, fries and more.

Opening Timeline

Soft opening is scheduled for June 17 — June 19. Regular daily service is set to begin June 20.

Konduru said the team is targeting a grand opening event sometime in July. An exact date for the grand opening ceremony is to be announced.

Hours

Hummus Republic plans to open seven days a week, Konduru told Business Debut. Daily hours are scheduled for 11 a.m. — 8 p.m.
