Hummus Republic Opening First Florida Location in Oviedo
Mediterranean restaurant chain is expanding into Florida, bringing build-your-own bowls and wraps to Oviedo in September.
Hummus Republic, a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant chain, is set to open an Oviedo location next month, franchisee Gadah Aziz reported to Business Debut.
The new restaurant, located at 69 Alafaya Woods Blvd, Oviedo, FL 32765, is scheduled to open in mid to late September. Aziz is currently in the process of hiring approximately 10 employees to staff the location.
Hummus Republic offers a build-your-own concept for bowls and wraps, catering to various dietary preferences with gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. The menu will also include chicken, beef and lamb options.
