High Tide BBQ Trailer is set to debut in Palm Bay in early 2025, blending seafood and barbecue in a community-focused food trailer concept. Owner Matthew Huggins, an Army veteran, shared with Business Debut that he is passionate about giving back to those who serve the community. Huggins plans to offer free or discounted meals to first responders, healthcare workers, and military service members. Huggins also highlighted his wife, Kayla Huggins, who is a Post-Op RN.

The menu will feature Carolina-style barbecue with vinegar-based sauces and Kansas City-style barbecue with tomato-based sauces. Guests can look forward to fresh fish tacos, potato salad, coleslaw, deviled eggs, baked beans, and other items.
High Tide BBQ will be parked at Palm Bay Collision Repair at 6225 Babcock St SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909, offering a convenient and flavorful dining option for the Palm Bay community.
