Healthy Fast Casual Concept Opening in Kissimmee

KISSIMMEE, FL — Grain and Berry is preparing to bring açaí bowls, smoothies, and other health-focused offerings to Kissimmee with a targeted early March opening at 2928 N Orange Blossom Trail Unit 308, Ste 335, Kissimmee, FL 34741. Co-owners Stan Bell and William Gray told Business Debut they are aiming for the first week of March as construction continues on the 1,500-square-foot space.

The restaurant is located at the corner of North Orange Blossom Trail and Osceola Parkway and will offer approximately 25 seats. The Kissimmee store marks Bell’s first restaurant venture.

What to Expect

Grain and Berry operates as a fast-casual franchise concept with counter service. The menu centers on handcrafted açaí bowls, smoothies, fresh juices, flatbreads, quesadillas, chopped salads, toasts, and parfaits.

Bell said the location is expected to serve dine-in guests while also handling a strong volume of carryout and third-party delivery orders.

Menu and Vision

Bell said some of his favorite menu items include the chicken flatbread and the original Grain and Berry bowl made with organic granola, banana, strawberries, blueberries, Nutella, peanut butter, and coconut.

Gray works in the medical field as an oral surgeon. Bell said their shared interest in health and wellness played a key role in selecting the brand.

“What attracted me to this brand mainly was myself being self-conscious,” Bell told Business Debut. “We were both looking for something that would be healthy if we were going to enter the restaurant retail business.”

The partners have signed an agreement to develop four locations total, with additional stores planned for the Atlanta area and Brandon, Florida.

Opening Timeline

The team is targeting the first week of March, though an exact opening date has not yet been announced.
