The Texas-based chain is preparing to debut in North Carolina later this month.
CARY, NC — Hashtag India is preparing to open a new fast-casual Indian restaurant at 1207 Kildaire Farm Rd, Cary, NC 27511 before Christmas, an authorized representative for the brand told Business Debut. The Texas-born concept, established in 2023, has expanded to several locations across the country and is now entering the Triangle.
What to Expect
The Cary location will follow Hashtag India’s existing fast-casual format with a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Their space on Kildaire Farm Road is a second generation restaurant space, allowing for a quick turnaround.
Menu and Vision
Hashtag India’s menu is centered around serving halal and authentic Indian cuisine. Expect dishes like biryanis with numerous protein options, mandi, momo dumplings and much more.
