Haru Opening in Middleton With Traditional Japanese Cuisine
From the owners of Sakura, Haru is set to debut in Middleton with Japanese dining and cocktails.
Haru, a new Japanese concept from the owners of Sakura in the villages, is opening in Middleton, owner Kevin Guo said. The upcoming concept will be located at 2165 Dr Randy McDaniel Wy, Sumterville, FL 33585.
The full-service restaurant will feature a full bar and seat approximately 150 guests. Guo said the new venture is inspired by the popularity and success of Sakura in The Villages. Haru will offer traditional Japanese cuisine and will be housed in a newly constructed building.
The opening timeline is currently set for April 2026. Business Debut will share more information as it becomes available.
