HAINES CITY, FL — Taqueria Agave, a new sit-down Mexican restaurant with a full bar, is now open at 1671 E Hinson Ave, Haines City, FL 33844, a representative for the business shared with Business Debut in a phone interview.

What to Expect

Taqueria Agave is set up as a full-service, family restaurant with table service. The business will serve a full bar and cocktails including margaritas and more. The restaurant has reportedly been in the works for about two years.

Taqueria Agave will serve a broad Mexican menu.

Dishes include fajitas, seafood fajitas, tacos, tortas, and plates with rice, beans, and shrimp.

“We’re starting off with a big menu and seeing what sticks,” the representative shared with Business Debut.

They are aiming for home-cooked style meals that are authentic and made in house. The interior is decorated with bright, festive colors and lush themes, per photos on Facebook.

Taqueria Agave is owned by Martin Garcia Rodriguez. This is Garcia Rodriguez’s first restaurant.
