Graze Craze Opening Charcuterie Shop in Alpharetta
Expect this location to open in late summer.
ALPHARETTA, GA — Husband-and-wife franchisees Scott and Sara McNabb are preparing to open a Graze Craze charcuterie shop at 670 N Main St Suite 107, Alpharetta GA 30009, targeting an opening window in early to mid-August, McNabb told Business Debut.
The couple recently secured permits and is in the build-out phase for the North Main Street location. The McNabbs are opening the shop as a second-stage career move after years in corporate and military roles. “We were at the place where we need to control our own destiny,” Scott McNabb shared with Business Debut in a phone interview.
What to Expect
Graze Craze specializes in charcuterie boards, boxes, and grazing tables for occasions that range from small gatherings to weddings and corporate events. The Alpharetta shop is designed with extra square footage for community events and charcuterie classes.
The storefront will also feature a retail section. The McNabbs plan to stock items from local artisans connected to the charcuterie model, such as honey, oils, vinegars, and other food-focused goods.
Menu and Vision
Graze Craze offers curated boards and boxes built around meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and accompaniments. The concept is intended for single trays, snack boxes, and large-format catering.

Sara McNabb, who has a background in art, plans to lean into the artistic side of assembling presenting, and enjoying charcuterie boards.
The McNabbs said they aim to serve a broad customer base, from local families to nearby offices.
Opening Timeline
The owners estimate a six-week build-out and franchise training period. They are targeting an opening in early to mid-August.
A specific grand opening date is to be announced.
