The charcuterie concept is opening along Atlanta Road.

SMYRNA, GA — Graze Craze, a charcuterie board concept, is planning to open in February 2026 at 3599 Atlanta Rd SE Suite 7, Smyrna, Georgia 30080.

Franchise owners Julio and Toni Hewitt told Business Debut they are in the build-out phase, including plumbing work and installing a required grease trap.

What to Expect

Graze Craze is designed for advance ordering and walk-up orders for charcuterie boards. The Hewitts told Business Debut that customers will see the menu on a large screen when they enter, place orders at the point-of-sale counter, and pick up or schedule delivery.

For smaller orders, the team expects to be able to fulfill some requests the same day, while larger orders are typically planned for a future pickup or delivery date, they told Business Debut.

The Hewitts told Business Debut the concept centers on curated boards and grazing-style offerings built for both business and personal occasions.

“The model for the franchise is approximately 70% business to business,” Julio Hewitt told Business Debut, with a focus on board meetings, employee appreciation events, staff lunches, workshops, and corporate gifting.

On the personal side, Toni Hewitt said the boards are positioned for celebrations ranging from showers and birthdays to retirements and real estate closings. “We celebrate everything,” she told Business Debut.
