Golf Simulator Concept Opening in Stuart
Back Nine Golf will offer membership-based golf simulators with 24/7 access.
STUART, FL - The Back Nine Golf is targeting a July 1 opening at 2800 NW Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL 34994, directly in front of the Treasure Coast Mall, owner Adam Dlugolenski told Business Debut.
The 3,000-square-foot space will operate as a membership-based indoor golf facility with public tee times available and 24/7 access for members.
What to Expect
The Back Nine Golf will feature four Full Swing simulator bays, including three in a shared community space and one private bay positioned separately. Divider walls between bays provide separation for players.
“We offer a premium indoor golf facility that’s open to members and the public,” Dlugolenski told Business Debut. “It’s a 24/7 facility that’s semi-autonomous, so it doesn’t necessarily require staff to be there all the time.”
Members will pay monthly dues for access to varying levels of tee times, with par, birdie and eagle tiers offering increasing booking privileges. Public guests can reserve hourly tee times online, and walk-up players can scan a QR code at the door to book and receive timed entry access.
“It’s kind of like an anytime fitness for golfers,” Dlugolenski said.
The facility will include lounge seating, high-top tables at each bay, a small meeting room for members, and a putting green. The concept will be bring-your-own food and beverage.
“We will not provide food or alcohol,” he told Business Debut. “We want people to grab a pizza, grab some refreshments and come really enjoy their time there.”
The Vision
The Back Nine Golf will use Full Swing simulators, the same technology featured in TGL, Tomorrow’s Golf League.
“The analytics of these machines are really top notch,” Dlugolenski told Business Debut. “They give instant feedback on your swing, showing ball speed, club speed and even a snapshot of club face contact.” Dlugolenski said the franchise’s leadership and support system influenced his decision to invest.
“The business model is going to be very successful, but what really attracted me was the people behind it,” he said. “They’re family-oriented, customer-focused and very motivated to make it successful.”
In addition to individual memberships, the facility will offer corporate accounts designed for employee engagement.
“A corporation can have a membership and use it as an incentive for employees,” Dlugolenski told Business Debut. “They can rent out the whole facility for corporate events.”
Local businesses will also have the opportunity to sponsor individual simulator bays.
“If a local business wants to sponsor a bay, their name won’t just be on the wall,” he said. “When you go online to book, it won’t say Bay One anymore. It’ll say that business’s name. It’s another way for the community to support us while we support them.”
The facility also plans to host structured tournaments, including multi-week competitions, member-guest formats and regional franchise matchups.
“We’ll have 10-week tournaments where players save their best rounds and compete for prizes,” Dlugolenski told Business Debut. “You’ll pay to enter, compete each week and there can be real prizes... even golf trips.”
Opening Timeline
Dlugolenski will take over the space April 1. Construction will follow, with a target opening of July 1.
Hours
Members will have 24-hour access, seven days a week. Public tee time availability may be limited to select hours.
