Gold Crest Distillery Bringing Vodka Tasting Experience to Orlando
Guests can expect vodka tastings, cocktails, and guided tours showcasing the distillation process at this Orlando concept.
ORLANDO, FL — Gold Crest Distillery, a new craft distillery and tasting room concept from Mitch Patel, is targeting a June opening at 503 W Central Blvd, Orlando, FL 32801, Patel told Business Debut.
Business Debut learned of this story first from What Now.
What to Expect
The concept centers on a small craft distillery paired with a tasting room designed to bring guests closer to the vodka-making process. Visitors will be able to participate in guided distillery tours, observe production using a copper still, and learn about ingredients, filtration, and distillation methods.
The approximately 8,000-square-foot space will include both production and guest experience areas, with tours and tastings operating alongside nearby events at the Kia Center and Exploria Stadium.
Menu and Vision
The focus is exclusively on vodka, with guided tastings and cocktails highlighting different expressions produced on site. There will be no restaurant component.
“The idea is to combine production with education and hospitality,” Patel told Business Debut.
Patel added that the goal is to give guests a clearer understanding of what goes into spirits production. “It gives people the opportunity to see what they’re drinking and understand the process behind it,” he told Business Debut.

The team is targeting a June opening.
