Global Cuisine Concept Purple Oak Coming to Dania Beach

Purple Oak Restaurant will soon introduce a new dining experience to Dania Beach with a grand opening planned Q1 of 2026 at 139 S Compass Way, Dania Beach, FL 33004.

The new restaurant is part of the team behind the 11 Ktchn Hospitality Group, led by CEO Cesar Olivo, COO Samuel Pérez Benatar, and co-owner Adriana Pérez Benatar. Designed to seat around 200 guests, Purple Oak will feature a menu inspired by traditional dishes from countries around the world, including the United States, France, Spain, Italy, and Japan. “Our goal is to celebrate the traditional flavors of different cultures under one global cuisine setting,” said CEO Cesar Olivo.

In addition to its diverse culinary offerings, Purple Oak will boast a full craft bar with a particular emphasis on bourbons and tequilas, where cocktails and ingredients are prepared in-house from scratch.

Purple Oak is the latest addition to 11 Ktchn Hospitality Group, a team with over six years of experience creating standout restaurants across South Florida, including Reunion Ktchn Bar in Aventura, Blind Tiger Aventura, and Korner 67 in Miami Lakes.
