Big Fat Vegan
ATLANTA, GA — Big Fat Vegan, a vegan concept from mother-daughter team Tanetta Ellzey and Iyonna Poags, is set to open April 4 at 2110 Powers Ferry Rd Suite 120, Atlanta, GA 30339. The upcoming opening marks the brand’s first permanent location after operating as a food truck and pop-up for the past two to three years, Ellzey told Business Debut.

ATLANTA, GA — Pataaka, a new modern Indian restaurant from Anish Nair, is targeting a late May to early June opening at 1000 Spring St NW, Atlanta, GA 30309. Pataaka is designed as an upscale dining destination with a refined atmosphere. The space will feature warm lighting, contemporary design elements, and a layout that supports both everyday dining and special occasions.
SKOL Brewing Company
ATLANTA, GA — SKOL Brewing Company, the Nordic-themed brewpub located at 155 Carnegie Way NW, Atlanta, GA 30303, is expanding its footprint in Downtown Atlanta with a large-scale addition set to open in May. The concept, led by Gray Lane and Drew Tull, has operated since 2025.

The Energy Station
HAMPTON, GA — The Energy Station is preparing to open at 11336 Tara Blvd, Hampton, GA 30228, with owner Samuel Bustamante telling Business Debut the team is aiming for a soft opening in the coming weeks and a grand opening toward the end of May or early June. The Hampton shop will be the third location for the business group.
