SAVANNAH, GA — Pho 5 Spices, a new Vietnamese restaurant from Tobey and Jenny Vu, is preparing to open at 114 E Broughton St, Savannah, GA 31401. The team is currently completing interior renovations, with a soft opening expected in approximately three to four weeks.

Cotto Italian & West Park Sports Club
ATLANTA & MARIETTA, GA — Fork U Concepts, led by Alexis and Scott Kinsey, is preparing to open two new concepts in metro Atlanta: Cotto Italian at 2850 Paces Ferry Rd SE, Atlanta, GA 30339 and West Park Sports Club at 29 West Park Square NE, Marietta, GA 30060. Alexis Kinsey told Business Debut that West Park Sports Club is targeting an opening the week of April 20, while Cotto Italian will likely open in several months.

The Wine Bar
PEACHTREE CITY, GA — The Wine Bar, a new concept from father-daughter team Michael Surapine and Bailey Surapine-Meen, is targeting a grand opening on April 29th at 312 Willowbend Rd, Peachtree City, GA 30269. The Wine Bar is designed as a boutique, upscale space centered around a global wine experience.

Amorino
JOHNS CREEK, GA — Amorino is set to open a new location at 7125 Medley Crossing, Johns Creek, GA 30097 on October 29, 2026, marking the brand’s third location in Georgia, franchisee German Rodriguez told Business Debut. The gelato shop will be part of the larger Medley mixed-use development, opening alongside other tenants as part of the project’s coordinated debut, Rodriguez told Business Debut.
CocoLuxe Ice Cream & Sweets
ATLANTA, GA — CocoLuxe Ice Cream & Sweets, a new plant-based dessert concept from owner Tonya Whitfield, is targeting a May 1 launch. The mobile food trailer will serve locations across metro Atlanta, Whitfield told Business Debut. CocoLuxe Ice Cream & Sweets will operate as a mobile dessert trailer traveling to areas including West End, Atlantic Station, Piedmont Park and Grant Park. They will focus on vegan, dairy-free and allergy-friendly frozen desserts designed for a wide range of customers.
French Toast Buckhead
ATLANTA, GA — Following the success and rave reviews of French Toast in Marietta, the brand has officially opened at 2263 Cheshire Bridge Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30324. The new location has taken over the space that formerly hosted Blu Lagoon. The brand is known in Marietta for its delicious breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings, with an emphasis on French toast.

Augusta, GA – Surcheros Fresh Mex is slated to open its next location in Augusta on April 16th at: 1102 Trust Ave ste 300, Augusta, GA 30909, just off Wheeler Road. Franchise Madison Tuten also owns the Surcheros off of Washington Road in August.
