Coastal 38
ROSWELL, GA — Coastal 38, a seafood-focused restaurant from owner Jerelyn Marsh, is preparing to open at 1570 Holcomb Bridge Rd. Ste. 365, Roswell, GA 30076. Marsh told Business Debut the team has completed remodeling and is finalizing the design phase, with remaining steps including a certificate of occupancy, the state alcohol license, and a health inspection.
Unkie’s Pizza + Bar
BROOKHAVEN, GA — Unkie’s Pizza + Bar is preparing to open at 3400 Clairmont Rd, Suite A, Brookhaven, GA 30319, co-owner Richard Gazaway told Business Debut. Gazaway is opening the concept with business partner Michael Colombo. Business Debut saw the news first from ToNeTo Atlanta.

Jordan is opening the new spot with partners Michael Parks and Cori Salter, who is the current general manager at the original Atlas Pizza.

Three Crazy Bakers
VALDOSTA, GA — Three Crazy Bakers is planning a Valdosta location at 124-126 N Ashley St, Valdosta, GA 31601. Owner Hart Brown, who is opening the restaurant with his wife, Margaret Brown, told Business Debut they are targeting an opening in about 12 to 14 months.
