Galette Atlanta Opening Storefront in Avondale Estates

Galette Atlanta is set to open its first brick-and-mortar location in early August at 110 N Avondale Rd, Avondale Estates, GA 30002, co-owner Morgan Perkins told Business Debut.

The bakery, which started as an in-home cooking class in 2017, transitioned to retail pastry sales in 2019 and became a cottage bakery in 2020. Now, they're taking their business up another notch and opening a brick and mortar location.

Galette Atlanta's menu will feature seasonal fruit galettes, croissants, sandwiches, and drip and cold brew coffee. The store will be grab-and-go with only a couple of tables and chairs outside.

The brand is amidst their build out. Owners Morgan Perkins, Ashley Thomas and their families are hard at work with tiling, painting and crafting their pastry display.

Perkins told Business Debut that she and Thomas also plan to offer baking classes in the Avondale Estates location in 2025.
