HARRISBURG, NC — Fusion House, a new full-service Asian fusion restaurant and beer-and-wine bar, is targeting a late January or early February opening at 7300 Caldwell Rd, Harrisburg, NC 28075. Co-owner Roy Huang told Business Debut the space is still under construction. The business is also owned by Shiwu Zheng, Zhao Zeng, and Yan Zheng, Huang shared.

What to Expect

Fusion House will operate as a full-service restaurant spanning approximately 2,400 square feet. The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner for dine in or takeout.

Huang described Fusion House as a wide-ranging Asian fusion concept. “We will serve sushi, ramen noodle soup, poke bowls, bubble tea, and hibachi chicken and beef,” he told Business Debut.

He added that the menu will also feature pan-fried bao buns that he expects will be popular with guests. The goal is to offer a broad mix of familiar Asian-inspired items under one roof.

Huang and his partners also operate a Bonchon Korean Fried Chicken location in Charlotte, as well as Teriyaki Express in Charlotte.

Opening Timeline

Huang said the team is targeting a late January or early February opening, depending on construction progress.

Hours

Fusion House plans to open seven days a week, Monday through Sunday, from 11 a.m. — 10 p.m. with no afternoon closure.
