Coffyn Pyes (Atlanta BeltLine – Pittsburgh Yards) — Now Open (September 2025)

Address: 352 University Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30310.

First brick-and-mortar for the 2020 pop-up, serving flaky, handheld savory pies with rotating flavors (Bollywood beef, buffalo chicken, desi chicken) plus veg picks like spinach–artichoke and Thai curry chickpea kale. Seasonal and occasional sweet pies pop up, too.

Hours: Wed–Sun 9 a.m.–3 p.m. (weekend expansion possible).

Coming Soon

Bao GoGo (Memorial Drive) — Coming Soon (November 2025)

Address: 982 Memorial Dr SE #1, Atlanta, GA 30316.

Handmade bao, dumplings (including soup dumplings), and Sichuan plates in a ~60-seat, full-service setup. Early-November launch targeted pending final inspections. Beer, wine, and cocktails planned.

Hours: Daily 11 a.m.–10 p.m.; Fri–Sat until 11 p.m.

StarLight Lounge (Sandy Springs) — Coming Soon (November 2025)

Address: 8610 Roswell Rd, Suite 690, Sandy Springs, GA 30350.

“Hi-fi” lounge with a star-ceiling, 16.5-ft LED wall, strict dress code, and themed nights (ladies’ night, karaoke, DJs). Global-fusion menu and craft cocktails in a luxe setting.

Hours: Tue–Sat 4 p.m.–2 a.m.; Sun 4 p.m.–12 a.m.; closed Mon.

Habaneros (Midtown – Spring Quarter) — Coming Soon (December 2025)

140-seat Mexican restaurant + bar with patio; dishes span mole, tacos, ceviche. Modern cocktail list with design cues from Mexico’s architectural roots.

Hours: Mon–Thu 11 a.m.–10 p.m.; Fri–Sat 11 a.m.–11 p.m.; Sun 11 a.m.–9 p.m.

D’Cuban Cafe (Roswell) — Coming Soon (November 2025)

Fourth location for the fast-casual Cuban brand with ~45 seats, 1,000 sq. ft. indoors and a 700-sq.-ft. patio. Counter-ordering with table drop, plus web/app ordering.

15,000 sq. ft. karaoke restaurant with 30+ private suites, an open stage, full-service dining, and multiple cocktail bars. Premium AV and in-suite F&B built for groups.

Salted Melon Market & Eatery (Buckhead) — Coming Soon (February 2026)

Counter-service, health-forward all-day menu: coffee, smoothies, breakfast, wraps, bowls, salads, and baked goods. ~60 indoor seats plus a 16-seat patio.
