Salad King, a farm-to-table salad restaurant, is set to open in Cape Coral between March and April, co-owner Kyle Watterworth shared with Business Debut. Located at 1622 Del Prado Blvd S Suite 2, Cape Coral, FL 33990, the restaurant will source fresh, local Floridian produce for its custom salads and soups.

The concept, developed by Watterworth and his business partner Keith Brochu, will feature a build-your-own salad bar, pre-made grab-and-go options, and kiosk ordering for convenience. Salad King’s menu will emphasize scratch-made items, including dressings, soups, and daily-baked croutons. Protein options will include chicken, steak, salmon, shrimp, and tofu.

In addition to its dine-in and takeout offerings, Salad King will provide corporate delivery services. Watterworth and Brochu plan to expand the concept to six locations across Cape Coral and the Southwest Florida market after the initial launch.
