Fresh Egg Breakfast & Burger Soft Opening This Week in Mooresville

MOORESVILLE, NC — Fresh Egg Breakfast & Burger is set to open soon at 631 Brawley School Road #406, Mooresville, NC 28117. Co-owner Brad Blumer told Business Debut the restaurant will hold a soft opening the week of October 27 followed by a grand opening on Halloween weekend.

What to Expect

The new restaurant will combine elements of two existing brands under the Fresh Chef Restaurants group—Fresh Chef Kitchen and Fresh Egg. Guests can expect an all-day breakfast and burger menu in a relaxed, full-service setting. The space will seat about 85 guests in the dining area, with an additional 10 seats at the bar. Blumer described the concept as casual and versatile.

“We’ll have breakfast all day and burgers all day, so guests can choose between the two depending on what they’re in the mood for,” he told Business Debut.

History

Fresh Chef, which opened its first location in Cornelius in 2014, has since expanded across the region. Between Fresh Chef and Fresh Egg, Blumer and his team operate nine restaurants, the Mooresville location included.

Fresh Egg Breakfast & Burger will be open seven days a week from 7 a.m.–8 p.m., with extended hours until 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
