Fornello at Coconut Creek will serve Italian-Brazilian Fusion
Second location of concept set to open in November, featuring diverse menu and all-you-can-eat specials.
Fornello At Coconut, the second location for the Fornello At Boca concept, is set to open this November at 5369 Lyons Rd b1, Coconut Creek, FL 33073, owner Marcel Parisotto told Business Debut.
The restaurant, which originated in Boca Raton in 2020, offers a blend of Italian and Brazilian cuisines. Parisotto, whose heritage spans both cultures with an Italian father and Brazilian mother, brings authentic flavors from both countries to the table.
Fornello At Coconut's menu will feature classic Italian dishes such as chicken parmesan, chicken marsala, gnocchi, ravioli and pizza. Brazilian specialties will include rice bowls, rice and beans, picanha and pastel - a Brazilian street food consisting of deep-fried pastries filled with beef, pork, cheese and other savory options.
The new location will accommodate approximately 100 seats indoors and offer full table service along with a full bar. Parisotto plans to introduce special "all-you-can-eat" nights, featuring unlimited skewers, pasta, pastel and other menu items.
