Fork N Flair Coming to Englewood With Catering and Order-Ahead Takeout

From a career-long caterer and restaurant owner, a new food service business is preparing to debut in Englewood. Fork N Flair will bring catering, order-ahead takeout, and meal prep services to 1720 S McCall Rd, Englewood, FL 34223, owner Alison D’Elia told Business Debut.

The business is planning a soft opening in mid-June. D’Elia will initially provide catering services for weddings, corporate events, parties, and more. She will also pilot an order-ahead takeout service designed to offer home-cooked, convenient meals to the local community at a reasonable price.

Customers will place their orders a day in advance and then pick up their meals on-site. A few small tables will be available for guests who prefer to dine in, D’Elia said.

Each meal will include a protein, starch, and vegetable. Expect classic home-cooked options like meatloaf, salmon, shrimp, and more. Fork N Flair will also offer weekly desserts, soups, and salads as optional add-ons.

Meals will be priced between $13–15, with add-ons ranging from $3–5.

D’Elia hopes to have the order-ahead dinner service fully operational by September.

With the name Fork N Flair, she describes the "Fork" as her kitchen and operations, and the "Flair" as the front-of-house experience. In the guest area, there will be a cooler with last-minute take-and-bake meals and items, as well as locally sourced goods, produce, and art sold on consignment.
