COCOA, FL — Latitudes Waterfront Grill and Oyster Bar is preparing to open at 5370 U.S. Rte 1, Cocoa, FL 32927 as early as the weekend of December 9–10, with a backup target of December 16–17, owner Philip Tretola told Business Debut.

The waterfront property spans more than three acres along the Indian River and features 725 feet of river frontage with views from every seat. The restaurant includes a 40-seat indoor dining room, nearly 100 outdoor seats, a Hawaiian-influenced tiki bar, and a mid-bar with a stage for live entertainment, bar games, and additional dining.

Precision Bakery & Eatery Inc.

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL — Precision Bakery & Eatery Inc. is preparing to open as early as next week at 593 E. Sample Road, Deerfield Beach, FL 33064. Owner Jasmas Altimer told Business Debut the debut marks his first restaurant venture, which he is launching with his son, Lovenson Altimer.
