Florida-Sourced Seafood Restaurant Coming to Jacksonville
Duval Fish Company will convert a long-vacant service station into a full-service restaurant, bringing fresh, local seafood to Jacksonville.

Duval Fish Company is set to bring a casual, full-service restaurant to Jacksonville, serving Florida-sourced seafood, co-owner Tito Quinones shared with Business Debut. Located at 4323 Herschel St, Jacksonville, FL 32210, the restaurant will repurpose an old service station that has been vacant since 1974, blending a historic space with a new purpose.
The restaurant, with seating for 122 guests, will offer a dining experience that bridges full-service and fast-casual concepts. Quinones, who has a background in fine dining, is launching the venture with his brother, Wyatt Griesemer, and John Williams. Their goal is to provide an accessible option for fresh, locally-sourced seafood along San Juan Avenue.
Construction is expected to begin in March, with a target opening date set for fall of this year. Quinones is also behind the local food truck and catering operation Eat Happy Jax.
