Flipside Burger Bar Expanding to Rossville
Rossville's newest burger destination is targeting an early-to-mid July opening.
ROSSVILLE, GA – Flipside Burger Bar is in development at 313 Macfarland Ave. Rossville, Ga 30741. Owner Richard Barclift is targeting an opening in early to mid-July, Barclift told Business Debut in a phone interview.
Barclift is the owner behind Lakeshore Grille, a restaurant in Chattanooga, Tennessee that has operated since 2014.
Flipside Burger Bar Menu
The core menu centers on smashburgers. Barclift described a setup where guests can order patties prepared with either beef or chicken using the same overall concept.
Flipside Burger Bar will also serve chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders and fries, Barclift told Business Debut. He added that salads and fish and chips are planned.
Barclift said he is drawing on his experience operating Lakeshore Grille as he develops the new concept in Rossville.
Flipside Burger Bar will focus on a counter-service model, Barclift told Business Debut. The interior will feature a retro atmosphere, and the restaurant will include a bar serving beer and wine, according to Barclift.
Opening Timeline
Barclift said he is aiming for the first or middle part of July for opening. Construction, equipment procurement and final service decisions are underway.
Hours
Barclift said the team has not finalized days or hours of operation. Operating hours are to be announced.
