Flantastic Coffee Co. Brewing Soon in Valdosta
The café will blend drive-thru convenience with boho-chic charm, offering coffee, empanadas, pink birria queso tacos, and traditional desserts.
VALDOSTA, GA – A new coffee destination is preparing to open soon in Valdosta. Flantastic Coffee Co., located at 1520 W Hill Ave, Valdosta, GA 31601, is expected to launch within the next three to four weeks, co-owner Jeniffer Muñoz told Business Debut.
Flantastic Coffee Co. will combine the convenience of a drive-thru with the charm of a cozy, fast-casual café. The shop will feature a patio seating area with about five tables and a small lounge, all styled with a soft boho-chic aesthetic. According to Muñoz, the goal is to create a space where customers can “come in not just for our coffee, but to stay because they feel welcome and inspired.”
Menu Highlights: From Coffee to Pink Queso Tacos
The menu will spotlight high-quality coffee and house-made specialties. Guests can look forward to:
- Freshly baked empanadas, including birria, steak and cheese, rice pudding, and strawberry cheesecake varieties
- Signature seasonal drinks
- Pink tortilla birria queso tacos, a colorful twist on a Mexican favorite
- Traditional desserts such as caramel flan, churro cheesecake, and tres leches mini loaf cake made with Lotus Biscoff cookies
“Our menu is built around high-quality coffee and favorite food options made with love. Every recipe reflects on our roots and our passion for homemade goodness,” Muñoz said. “It’s not just about what you eat or drink, it’s about how you feel.”
Backed by Local Restaurant Experience
Muñoz leads Flantastic Coffee Co. alongside co-owner Ricardo “Rico” Muñoz, operations coordinator Uriel, and marketing and administration lead Guadalupe. The team already has a strong presence in the local food scene, operating Rico’s Tacos in Valdosta for the past seven years, along with four food trucks and another restaurant location in Adel, Georgia. They also offer catering in addition to their fast-casual services.
Their background in authentic Mexican cuisine helped inspire the menu at Flantastic, blending traditional recipes with creative new ideas designed to stand out.
Opening Hours
Once open, Flantastic Coffee Co. will serve guests Monday through Saturday, 6 a.m. – 9 p.m., and remain closed on Sundays.
