Fire Maker Brewing Expanding to Downtown Griffin
Brewery to open new location in Griffin, offering a dining and drinking destination in the heart of downtown.
Fire Maker Brewing is set to open a new location in downtown Griffin, Georgia, at 122 W Bank St, Griffin, GA 30223, owner Elliot Hall told Business Debut. The brewery is currently in the early stages of construction, with demolition work underway.
The new establishment is projected to open early next year and will have seating for approximately 100 patrons. In addition to their locally brewed beers, Fire Maker plans to offer spirits and wine.
Expanding beyond just beverages, Hall is looking to partner with a restaurateur to include a food menu and kitchen in the new location.
This expansion comes after Hall's challenging start with their first location. Originally opened in March 2020, they were forced to shut down just days later due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The brewery reopened a couple of months later and has since grown to the point of expansion.
As construction progresses, Griffin residents can look forward to a new dining and drinking destination in the heart of their downtown area.
